Hi, I’m Amanda Parsons, the owner and photographer behind B&W Pet Photography. Based in Indian Mountain, New Brunswick, I serve the Greater Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview area with a focus on creating relaxed, meaningful sessions for pets and the people who adore them.
B&W Pet Photography was founded with one goal — to help people celebrate the pets they love through timeless, beautiful photography. Every wag, whisker, and happy glance tells a story worth remembering, and I’m here to make sure those moments last a lifetime.
My Approach
I believe the best photos happen when pets are happy, comfortable, and being themselves. That’s why every session is guided by patience, understanding, and a sense of fun. Whether it’s a curious kitten, a shy rabbit, or an energetic dog, I tailor each session to your pet’s unique personality.
From lighting and location to timing and pacing, everything is designed to make your pet’s experience calm and enjoyable. Breaks, treats, and a few goofy noises are all part of the process — whatever it takes to capture that perfect expression.
What to Expect
Before your session, I’ll learn a bit about your pet — what makes them tick, what they love, and how to make them feel comfortable. Together, we’ll plan a setting that suits their energy and style, whether it’s a cozy indoor shoot or an outdoor adventure.
After your session, I’ll carefully edit each image by hand to bring out its best qualities while keeping it natural and true-to-life. You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and order professional-quality prints and products.

While I’m usually the one behind the camera, B&W Pet Photography wouldn’t be complete without a few furry (and very helpful) team members who keep things running smoothly.
Amanda Parsons – Photographer
The creative heart of B&W Pet Photography. I bring years of experience, a lifelong love of animals, and a calm approach that helps pets feel at ease in front of the camera.
Willow – Pet Herder
Our session assistant and resident good girl. Willow helps demonstrate poses, test lighting setups, and occasionally distracts pets with her charm.
Daisy – Toy Wrangler
Responsible for organizing props, squeaky toys, and anything that helps catch your pet’s attention. A true professional when it comes to treats.
Bowser – Head of Security
Greets guests, monitors for squirrels, and ensures every visitor feels welcome. Occasionally naps on the job but makes up for it with enthusiasm.
